What it checks
Your purchase
Seller against the official directory, price against the official price, seller or origin in the alert registry.
Box and first boot
Seal, glue marks, blank recovery card, “set up” vs “enter PIN”, Genuine Check result, weight on a scale.
Outside photos
Opening marks, glue, different printing. The AI flags zones; it never decides.
Inside photos (optional)
Back of the board, foam cavity under the screen, top edge, battery, compared with the reference for your revision and the three known implant generations.
What it can’t
Never “clean”
Without opening the device we can’t rule out the Gen 3 implant. If you don’t open it, nobody can.
Can’t prove the photos are yours
Remote means we see what you send. The report says what was checked, not what is true.
Genuine Check isn’t enough
The implant leaves the Secure Element intact, so Ledger’s own check passes. Ledger has said so.
Already lost funds? Don’t open the device. Police and Ledger first; the device is evidence.

Guided frames of the outside and the box. Looking inside is optional, with a warranty warning. The AI marks zones side by side with the reference for your model and revision.

Your report.
Risk level, what was checked, what wasn’t, the marked photos. An optional timestamp on Solana. If the risk is high: new device from an official store, new seed offline, stablecoins first.
